LunaPay® for creators

Get paid for what you create. Keep your legal name offstage.

Bring support and all your links together on a page built around your handle. Your audience sees your creator identity; LunaPay® and enabled providers verify the information required to operate.

Program in preparation. Onboarding, payment methods, withdrawals and eligible age depend on identity checks, providers and jurisdiction.

Protection for your information

The public page uses the name and image you choose. We do not display your ID, address, CBU/CVU or legal name by default.

Clear balances and performance

Reports on support received, fees, adjustments and available balance help you understand your content’s performance. Performance means support activity, not interest or investment returns.

Monthly settlement

Eligible balances from the previous month are released on the 7th, or the next business day in the approved calendar. Every withdrawal is processed manually; disputed, held or unreconciled funds are excluded.

Privacy, clearly stated

Your audience does not need your legal identity. We do.

Receiving support should not mean oversharing.

Sharing a personal account may reveal your legal name and other details on a payment screen or receipt, even to someone you do not know. Combined with social media, these details could connect your handle to your private life and enable harassment, impersonation or disclosure without permission. A contribution does not justify unrestricted access to your data: LunaPay reduces exposure on your public profile, without promising anonymity across every payment method.

Public privacy is not anonymity from LunaPay®, payment providers or authorities. We verify the account holder and may request activity, source-of-funds or other documents. That is how we protect your name responsibly.

  • Your handle is what appears on the public page.
  • Verification data is used to operate, protect the service and meet legal duties.
  • A payment or receipt may require additional details before confirmation.

If you are 13 to 17

Creating is work, too. Onboarding should protect you.

In Argentina, teenagers may access certain financial products under specific rules. For this proposal, a minor's application is reviewed with their legal representative, age-appropriate information and safeguards. You should never hide behind someone else's identity or account.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your project

We review age, residence, activity and how supporters will pay.

  2. 02

    Bring in your legal representative

We verify representation and consent where required.

  3. 03

    Define the payment flow

We confirm ownership, limits, withdrawals and documents before enabling payments.

Being 13 to 17 neither guarantees approval nor prevents you from having a CBU/CVU. Each provider and product has its own requirements. For children under 13, only a legal representative should contact us.

Support, without magic labels

Calling it a “donation” does not erase the rules.

Genuine support without anything in return may differ from a sale, subscription or service. Perks, exclusive content, ads or products can trigger consumer, tax and invoicing duties. We show the applicable model before enabling it.

From your bio to your dashboard

  3. 03

What matters before you start.

Is my legal name hidden?

It is not displayed on your public profile by default. LunaPay®, providers and authorities may still require it. Some payment methods or receipts may show legally required details.

Can I get paid if I am under 18?

Applications from ages 13–17 may be reviewed, with legal-representative involvement where required. Availability depends on product, provider and verification. False or borrowed identities are never accepted.

Is everything I receive a donation?

Not necessarily. Exclusive content, mentions, products or subscriptions can make the payment a sale or service with different rules.

Do I need a CBU or CVU?

The withdrawal route is defined during onboarding. Argentina has specific accounts for teenagers; LunaPay® does not promise to replace an account or enable withdrawals without verifying its holder.
